This is called “Hu tieu go”. For me, it is one the best dishes that stand for Vietnamese street foods culture. The broth made by lots of pork bones has a light flavor. Topping often are wontons, slices of pork, pork leg, pig organs or sausages. You will be served with some marinades such as limes, chilly jam, soy sauce. It is sold in a truck beside the street for a very long time ago. Customers usually are workers, students,… it becomes famous by its cheap price which is very suit for bunch of people in city.
