Sigiriya Rock Fortress

Rock Fortress of the King Kasyapa (477 – 495 CE). Sigiriya today is a world Heritage Site. It is one of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning in Sri Lanka.

This is definitely a beautiful shot and I’m really thankful that you decided to share is with us @Seedra ! If I ever made it to Sri Lanka, I will undoubtedly try to get to this place, because it is quite astonishing.
