In Italy, there are beaches and seaside resorts, not very crowded and which allow direct contact with nature.
The island of Sicily, a few kilometers from the coast of Italy, is one of the largest islands in the country and known for its mild climate and wonderful sea, but also for its typical cuisine.
About a hundred kilometers from the city of Palermo, a Nature Reserve has been set up, a large park that contains a unique natural territory in the world: the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro. The reserve encompasses the steep coasts and almost completely unspoiled beaches. Tourists can access the reserve by sea, mooring at pre-established points with boats and rafts or access on foot, following the path that runs along the small bays in one of the two permitted directions.
The Reserve offers moments of silence, direct contact with the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean scrub and above all truly sublime and crystal clear beaches and sea water.
In the reserve there are no bars and accommodations, the tourist will in fact have to leave for their journey in this Sicilian territory with food, water and what is necessary for the excursion. In addition, guards also monitor and control that the rules of the Reserve are respected and that the territory is preserved in its complete naturalness during day and night.
