I’ve noticed some photos recently that while taken at the location do not show anything about the business. You can tell it was taken there and there might be a driveway or fence visible, but not the business itself. Here are a couple examples from Marylou’s Coffee of what I am talking about.
Drive through view of street
Drive through view with fence
Drive through view of empty lot next door
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hi @Rednewt74
Great but also a difficult question.
Here is my interpretation. The guideline pixs should clearly show the place can be very helpful here.
If there are photos of veteran cars that had a meet up outside in the parking lot of a McDonald’s restaurant, I will report all such photos as Wrong place if the restaurant is not visible also. In fact if the image is more of a car and not the restaurant I might report it also.
The photo links you shared are not working on Android, but from visiting the place on Maps I believe I know which photos you mean.
If a photo taken FROM a place is not showing any part OF the place I also tend to flag them. But if the white fence posts can be helpful for Maps users trying to find the place then one such photo might be worth keeping.
All the best

I have reported photos before but often nothing happens…is there a quicker route to get inaccurate photos changed @MortenCopenhagen ?

Not that I know about, @HiddenMarrakech
Sorry, I wish there were.
Cheers

Yes you can report them, @Rednewt74 , but as said also by @MortenCopenhagen it will be quite difficult to remove them (mostly due to the big amount of resources needed to check all the reports, or to scan everything automatically).
The photos you shared (uploaded in 2017 by a non Local Guide) are the classic example of the issue that can be generated when the app invite us to upload photos taken nearby a Listing in Google Maps. A lot of people just confirm, and the photos drops, by Google request, in the wrong place. We can’t always blame the person who did it and who in this specific case uploaded (in good faith) “only” those 7 photos to Google Maps. I think the important thing is a different Maps approach towards us, for example by asking us to confirm that we have visited that place before suggesting that we upload photos
