many say that local guides are basically photographers. But I am not. Does it make me sound bad?
@indian119 Not at all. You have a chance to see what works, all you need is a cell phone that takes pictures. Keep an eye on the community and see what works and your photos will get better. Keep it steady, clear sunny days are best, on exterior shots get the full building, ground, and the sky included in the shot it will help. follow posts and samples here and you will get better. You do not need to be a professional photographer. As you look at page listings look at the range of photos and see how you can do as well or better.
Then just relax enjoy it and shoot way.

Hi @indian119 someone focus on reviews, someone else on photography, and some others on editing maps
Everything is fine, if follow the guidelines
Hi @indian119
Well, I don’t like meet-ups, I am and I was a photographer before I joined Local Guides program.
So you can do what you like, make (write) reviews, answer questions, edit places, take photos and videos, check the facts, organize meet up…
You don’t need to all…do what you like and enjoy.
Need not be @indian119 but if you are that would be advantage for you to upload pictures of places that you review or visit. In addition, it is good to upload photos and earn 5 points fro each photo.
Best wishes,
