As with everything I do I try and shop small and local. Today I went to one of my favourite stores that has great prices on ethical and sustainable products. Great meat, fish, veg, homemade prepared food and baked good to name just some of the stuff. My point is the store is full of great food. It’s small and clean and a great place to shop. No line ups and friendly faces. So to the best of your ability shop small and local.
