Maha Shivratri - I think there are many posts about Maha Shivratri on connect!

In India, Maha Shivaratri celebrated annually in honor of Lord Shiva and it’s a Hindu festival.

In our City, Vadodara, “Shivji Ki Savari” is Grand Chariot procession of Lord Shiva on the occasion of Maha Shivratri, where thousands of people join into it. They were showing different types of art and cultural tradition.

Hundreds of people pullover Chariot by their hands. On that chariot, Statue of Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati and their sons Ganesha and Kartikeya seated on Huge Bull (called “Nandi” - Vehicle of Lord Shiva)

after that, the procession ending with “aarti” of Lord Shiva and Family is held at Sursagar Lake.

Today the auspicious day for the hindu religion people . Today we celebrate MAHA SHIVRATRI where people worship Lord SHIVA in all of the SHIV temple or pray for bless .
