Here on Connect, we strive to follow the guidelines for photos meant for Google Maps.
One of the guidelines is that our photos should clearly show the place/business. I’m sorry, but this photo is not helpful on Google Maps. It shows the sky and some clouds. Neither belongs to or represents a place on Google Maps. So such photos should not be uploaded to Google Maps. I don’t think you intended to upload this photo to Google Maps, but I hope you agree that the helpfulness and relevance for Google Maps is also an important aspect when we discuss photos here on Connect.
