Sharing the Local

In today’s world it is so easy and even often times encouraged to really focus on yourself. What you want. What you like. What you deserve. Although it is great to focus on yourself nothing compares to the full satisfaction and of sharing your joy and passions with others and watching it spread. I love having a platform and the opportunity to share what brings me joy with others who may have otherwise never known about. I love sharing my experiences through MY eyes and and my perception without having to be pulled different ways or having certain expectations of how to share these experiences. I want to spread joy and creativity to other people and I want to be constantly improving and shaping myself to inspire others to get out and to experience a better world and a better them. Where are your favorite places in Kansas City to connect to new people? If you have any places on your “Kansas City Bucket List,” you have been wanting to check out but haven’t, where are they and why haven’t you gone?! I want to hear from you.

Hello @rizzsmiles ,

Are you from Kansas City and creating a list for visitors, or are you visiting Kansas City and need suggestions?

Hello! I live in Kansas City.

Gotcha! I live here as well, so you may already know everything that I would mention. A newer place you could try is the Museum of Illusions, Toy and Miniature Museum (it’s been remodeled over the years, so worth a visit if you haven’t been there in the last 7-10 years).

There are a lot of ramen restaurants that are popping up that are reasonably priced, and have large portions. Everyone has a wide range of interest, so putting together a list could be broad. I’m more of a nature lover, so gardens, trails, rivers, arboretums, and lakes are the places I gravitate towards.
