I live in Arequipa and I love sharing different types of foods from malls, market or stand. Here there are spicy foods as stuffed pepper and ceviche but when I’d travelled to Cusco and I found several cheap foods and also delicious as chiri uchu (cold chili) or tarwi. In Chiclayo (North of Peru) while I was walking between markets I saw an interesting food, it is called Pato asado and in north of Peru all people use to eat every weekends but actually they eat three time a week.
