It’s cricket season in India—with three more thrilling weeks of T20 to go—which makes it a good time to support your favorite local cricket haunts by sharing your knowledge about them on Google Maps. Beyond thoughtful reviews, clear photos, and keeping places up-to-date with everything from cocktail recommendations to parking and website info, you can also save your favorites to a list.

Here’s one from me, Ara. By day, I may be a Local Guides community manager based in Singapore, but on my off hours  I’ve been following all the matches in my hometown of Bangalore.

You can create lists with different themes, like Best Cricket Pubs with Local Beer, or Great for Cricket and Finger Food.

  2. Search for a place or tap it on the map.
  3. At the bottom, tap the place’s name or address.
  4. Tap Save.
  5. Choose a list. To create a new list, tap New list ‘+’
