One person’s experience is great, but when combined with an overall rating and review system, by a trusted and recognized brand, like Google Maps and Reviews, the effect can be amazing, accurate, rewarding and empowering!
Larger businesses with big budgets could previously hide behind a well disguised brand offering, mediocre products or services and our individual voices and opinions generally went unheard.
Now all that has changed with Google Maps, offering anyone with a Google Account and a Smart Phone (even better with a Pixel 4 XL) to participate in a world-wide program to “say it as it is”. That’s what I love about Google Reviews, The Rawness.
