It would seem that the video would be intended for application to Connect Live 2020, as you may check for further instruction on that regard in the post Video tips for your Connect Live 2020 application. (as just in case, do feel free to check as provided here)
For the moment, the current post would be relocated to Local Stories, should it suit better with the main subject.
Additionally, I have removed the language tag, as currently English is the language the post was presented. (for further remarks, do feel free to check How do I find posts in my preferred language? for further remarks)
