When our parents once visited a new city, they bought a travel guide. The guide gave tips on which restaurant to visit, what places to visit and where to shop. From time to time, I also buy a travel guide. Especially for my trip to the west coast last year, travel guides gave me a good overview what there is to see. But my most important travel guide is Google Maps. Thanks to the ratings of hundreds of Google Maps users, I know which restaurant is good and which is not. I know which fast-food restaurant is a good place to visit and which one is more likely to cause stomach cramps. Google Maps tells me the insider tips of a city. And the best: new restaurants are to be found in shortest time.
I don’t just want to take advantage of Google Maps, I want to help others with my reviews. How good is a restaurant? Is it worth visiting this attraction? Do the others already know that at the Patnachklamm in the middle of the Alps you can only go on for a cash fee?
I want people looking for the right decision to receive as much information as possible. That’s why I regularly publish reviews on Google Maps. Because only through an active community will Google Maps become the best travel guide!
