Take a photo of your garden if you have one. A terrace or even a small area roof top where you can get some fresh air sunshine and not feel like your inside.
I am very lucky to have a huge garden with 3 fully mature horse-chesnut trees, one willow tree and a pond. I even have 2 ducks
Thanks @Lily_J and yes I am very lucky. It looks nice the space near you. Do you go to the space to walk and run? Do you feed the ducks? If so they love peas!!
Your garden looks serene @MrJulz …nice environment
My Photo is a view south east over neigbouring farmland.
There are a variety of birds here including Tui & a duck pair that are frequent visitor’s too, there are usually plenty of cows & the odd wild rabbit or pheasant
The only tips I can imagine now are 2 old ladies, when they were young, hahaha, and the gardners. The ladies made the garden 40 years ago and, as sign of gratitude for their work, the garden was mentioned in “The Times”. The gardners cut the grass every week, and I water the garden when is necessary.
oh god are you okay are you hurt jeez i know coronavirus is bad but it shouldnt make you explode from the back. maybe go see a doctor. Best of luck with exploding back syndrom
@eeL420 Just fine, really. It just I don’t use comb anymore for my unruly back hair no hang out, no meeting - I found no use for combing to tame the hair
