I have a 35 year old desire to see the Shajahani Mosque,Mohinjodaro,Ranikot fort and Makli Necropolis since child hood when I saw the pictures of these places in a travel pictures book of my father in the age of 10 Since that time I wish to visit interior Sindh to see these historical places I have to wait 35 years to come true this desire.

Every year My tourist and Biker club Cross route international celebrate world tourism day at different cities
1- we celebrate world tourism day at **Qilla Bala Hisar **at Peshawar in 2016
2- we celebrate world tourism day at **Khunjerab Pass **Pakistan China Border 2500 km traveling in 2017
3-we celebrate world tourism day at Quid residency almost 3000 km Ziarat in 2018
4- we celebrate world tourism day at Mazar E Quaid almost 2500 km Karachi in 2018 but I traveled 4500 up to Gawadar
Fortunately this year on 27 September on world Tourism day Our tourist and Biker club Cross route international decide to go a long tour For world tourism Day celebration by road almost 2500 km from Lahore to Karachi we were 60 bikers and 10 people on 3 cars it was my old wish so I decided to go with them on my car because I want to go further up to Gawadar and back. So I traveled longest tour of my
life of 4500 km in which I visited more than 50 tourist and historical sites so I decided to write about the most important places of this Journey
it is the first episode of that travel about Shajahani Mosque remaining places I will cover in next episodes.
In my view, the Shajahani Mosque is the most attractive mosque in Pakistan There are lot
of other mosques which are also very beautiful, For example Badshahi Mosque for its glory,
Wazir Khan Mosque for his artistic fresco work,Bhong Mosque for its beautiful glass work,
Masjid-e-Tooba for its unique architecture and Faisal mosque for its Size and international
position.But I like the most this mosque and I have fallen in love with this mosque,
it is Shajahani Mosque.
The Governor of famous Mughal emperor Shahjahan,started its Construction in 1054 AH, 1644 AD and completed the construction in a short period of only three years, in 1057 to 1647.
The total area of this mosque is about 6316 square yards on the construction of this mosque 900000 ShahJahani Rs spent at that time.Its foundations are 12 to 15 feet deep mountain stones used in these foundations.It has total 5 gates, A central big one with 2 smaller on both sides,and other two situated on the north and south side walls.
The mosque has a total of 100 domes,So it is locally also known as the 100-Dome mosque.There are 6 large and 94 small domes. It has also 94 pillars and each pillar is about 5 feet wide,
The structure of the domes and arches is constructed and organized in way that the recitation of the Imam can be hear without any speaker in all corners of Mosque,as an experience I called my friend in other corner of the mosque and he hear me easily
Its construction has amazing features that there is no shortage of fresh air anywhere in the whole mosque And there is no fan and air conditioned in the mosque even in the 40
degree temperature,We did not felt so much hot in this mosque. About 20,000 worshipers could pray at a time
