September is the month of the Grape Harvest

In all Italy, and in my area too, there is no Sunday or holiday now.

All the region is full of vineyards, every space, every fiels, even if small, is used to plant grapes.

Harvest is coming now, so feel free to contribute

I wanted to harvest some grapes into my belly @ErmesT bro but it is not possible. I need to satisfy myself with these photos.

Grape farming is so incredible. Wine might be cheap there.

Thanks for tagging me @ErmesT . Lovely photos from Tuscany, it’s on my visit list. Yes we have great wines but I am in the capital of Croatia and vineyards are in Istria, Dalmatia and other counties of Croatia, not in Zagreb. However I don’t like wine but Croatia got many rewards for best quality wines.

Hahaha @BishowvijayaP

Why I should have entered in that house? Maybe for testing five different versions of Chianti wine, starting from a very basic product for general market, and ending with a 7 year old wine, for the five star restaurants? What a bad idea :joy::joy::joy::joy::champagne::wine_glass::wine_glass::wine_glass::wine_glass::wine_glass:

Its because I have a special purpose dear @ErmesT bro. The fact is, if you were entered there then I would be able to see the interior of building via your snapshots. hahaha

The owner did not allowed us to take photos, bro @BishowvijayaP

But after :wine_glass::wine_glass::wine_glass::wine_glass::wine_glass:of Chianti, I was not worried about it.

In this place I’ve rented an apartment for a week. When home I will post it. It’s nice to drink don’t having to drive :joy::joy::joy:

Dear @SanyaOdare ,

grape is something a little miraculous… Do you know why?

When you grow grapes for example next the terrace, and shape it,
it creates a beautiful scenery. Secondly it is a very tasty and healthy

fruit and finally the beverage to be made thereof is majestic.

They say that: “In vino veritas” (“In wine there is truth”).Wine tastes

so splendid, people are talking and talking…

And its production? Grapes are mostly hand-picked in large containers,

Then it is pressed, its sugar content is measured, adjusted to the

desired value and let it ferment. The fermentation process generates

carbon dioxide, so if the drums are placed in a cellar, to the cellar
go with the candle (when there is no oxygen, the candle goes out,

It’s such a check). Then the beverage will mature for some time in

wooden barrels and finally …we just taste and strengthens friendship.

So my little lecture, your Klaudia

Wow @KlaudiaB

I love your technical support.

I would like to add the importance of the composition of the soil, and the exposition to the sun.

I wonderful mix that works to make the incredible miracle that we call wine

my lesson was only no 1,

so please to continue…

I can not say everything…

hahahaha, but I know it all…

(when I was child, grapes

were pressed so - we walked

barefoot in a wooden container…

We enjoyed it…)

Dear @SanyaOdare

I share your enthusiasm about grape farming, but because

I’m your friend, and real friend notifies you when see a certain

risk, so I’ll warn you about the various things that are related.

( And you will decide yoursel, what will do, OK? )

At first, what we wrote with @ErmesT it was the process with

the ready grapes. When you want to start with grape farming,
you have to think and act from the very beginning. So I will

tell you lection no 2:

My dear friend, when you want to be successful, just enthusiasm

is not enough. It’s a profession, which requires many years of

experience, therefore, most successful wine-growers are based

on family-based businesses, where the old father taught his son,
and the son taught grandson…

You know, before you plant grapes, you must have a suitable location,
(as Ermest mentioned, the soil, the climate,),

Then you must not forget, that until the grapes yield the first crop,
it takes several years. Then there is treatment,
grapes are susceptible to various fungal diseases, which require

chemical treatment.Grape branches must be cut, shape up,
so that he can be fertile…There is so much you have to know about

grape, that delicious drink - the wine, hides a lot of work and knowledge…

I hope dear my friends, that you will not mad for my sincerity for me,

but I thought it was important to tell you this, Klaudia
