Selroti

Celroti is a cultural food of Nepalese people, In the main festival of Nepali, In each community’s special program, Celroti dish is cooked. Celroti is prepared from a special type of rice flour, Especially women cook this selroti.Celeroti is cooked in hot of oil or ghee by mixing different ingredients with rice flour according to the taste. In the Nepali community, there is a custom of eating Celroti during Dashain, Tihar, fasting as well as in various main events during weddings. Especially Celroti cooked in local ghee is considered delicious, Celroti is round.
