Hello Everyone,
My name is Jahid and I am a proud level 7 google local guide here in Kuwait. I believe in diversity and quality travelling. As an armature photographer whenever I am travelling used to take photos and try to keep it in my travel book but working as local guide now I am sharing my views with others so that it could help the community to get idea about the place before visit. While working in the tropical areas like desert (around 50 degree Celsius temperature) you will not find any local people as a guide to take information about the place you want to travel and you have only one option to search in Google Map and it frequently happened with me. So from my feelings I have started to work as a local guide here to serve for the community and new visitors.
Most interesting thing I have done as a local guide is to add some unexplored places in the remote areas. While I have posted it in the google map it has become very much popular and people have started to visit the places. I have added a sea beach point and now it has become a tourist spot.

What I love about being a Local Guide: To me, the Local Guides program is a great opportunity to engage with people from around the world, take part in cultural exchanges, and make good friends. Google map is my true friend that is giving information about what I want like if I want to enjoy my weekend I can easily use to find local events location. I am enjoying it and at the same time I am capturing those moments for others to upload in the google map. This is how it has changed my life.

My favorite thing to explore: I love to explore unknown places both natural and historical. Whenever I am moving out somewhere I use to explore something new that will be attracted by others. I also fascinated by the urban areas of Bangladesh and desert areas of middle east like Kuwait and KSA.

Actually local guides program mean to me is contributing for the community or society without any return. If my reviews or added missing location can be helpful to others that is my success as a local guide.
