I do rather enjoy this view from the top of my house. Although, I remember living back east, where I’m originally from, and I used to think that if I had a place like this, I would sit and stare out at every day.
The reality is, you give it a glance, but it doesn’t quite hold that same feeling when you’ve seen it so often.
It’s only when others gaze out that you’re reminded just how beautiful it is, and then you see it for the first time all over again.
