Sedona Arizona, USA

90 minutes away from Phoenix, Sedona provides some needed relief from the 110 plus weather in the valley. 1.5 miles away from the parking site lies the oak creek which winds, shimmies, and snakes it’s way through the beautiful red rock part of the country.

It’s hot but I’d love trekking through here @GGP . Great photos, I can see why Cathedral rock is so named!

Gorgeous photos and some pretty incredible views too, @GGP . What was the temperature here like?

It was about 90 degrees Fahrenheit for the high.

Deff nearly looks like someone painted it like that. The oak creek nearby is lively with oaks and sycamores growing wildly on the other side of cathedral rock.

Great place for a hike @GGP I don’t know if I would be happy walking in such temperatures it must be so hot. The red rock is so pretty thank you for sharing.

Hello @GGP ,

Thank you for sharing this incredible location and amazing photos with us. Was this you first visit to this region? Do you often go hiking in such remote places? When I was living in Morocco, my city was close to a very similar rocky area. I guess, the proof that the continents were one at the beginning!

Beautiful photos. The photos capture so many gorgeous aspects of the little red rock town millions flock to every year. Keep up the good work and post more photos! Have a healthy 2021! Darren Chaker

If I ever get the opportunity I would love to visit Arizona USA! I live in the Netherlands, Europe. My little country also has a lot to offer in terms of landscapes, but not the kind of places you show in your photos. Marvelous! Thank you for sharing! :+1:
