Secret cuisine of Ukrainians

I think many of you have heard or even tried Ukrainian borsch or dumplings.

There is another dish that we call little boats.

The ingredients are simple: potatoes, onions and pork fat.

The dish is cooked quickly in just 15-20 minutes.

What is the secret in this dish?

Pork fat has anti-cancer properties, removes toxins from the body, cleanses blood vessels from “bad” cholesterol (especially with garlic).
Other beneficial properties of lard:

  • helps with pulmonary diseases;

  • heals the liver;

  • removes heavy metals from the body.

It’s delicious.

Hahaha Really Secret dish of Ukrainian rustic cuisine!

It’s simply, easy to cook and very tasty! Because salted pork fat is good addition to the potatoes.

I would like to add one more detail to this cooking recipe - bake it in the oven at 180°C (356F) for 20 minutes.
