Is there any way to get/search a list of Local Guides of some specific level e.g. Level-8 in some specific area/City?

No, it is not possible, @FayyazMarwat
For everyone’s privacy, Google do not share this kind of information, even if there are proposal on Idea exchange for finding a way to contact a local guide
Of course you can make a search in connect, using the search toolbar, for finding local guides on a specific area, according to what they posted

Hi @FayyazMarwat thank you for reaching out. Looking to get hold of other local guides is not possible as @ErmesT has mentioned unless you are looking to join them on a meetup, either you will be hosting it your self or by someone else that is when it becomes a bit easier, when you use the meetup category to search for upcoming meetups by city or country country name from here Join a meet-up. I have noticed before that there was something like sorting posts by country or city, this could make things more easier when it comes to meeting your local people here. Privacy is what this community is about. Cheers!
