Search for all posts by a particular Guide

I found a thread on searching by author but it was locked. I’m trying to be able to search for all posts by a particular Guide. I used myself as author and used connect form, General discussion, Etc and got no results. I’m finding the search feature extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Rednewt74 If you know the Local Guides’ user name, you can find any post/reply by that particular Local Guide, then click on their profile. From there, you can see their posts/comments.

For example, when I clicked your profile below, I’m able to see your posts and comments that you made in Connect

Using you as an example @Rednewt74 , here’s an alternative method to try:

1. Click on users profile image.

   

2. Next you will see the users profile URL in your browser’s address bar:

   https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1567235

3. Replace user/viewprofilepage with forums/recentpostspage and press enter

   https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/forums/recentpostspage/user-id/1567235

4. You will then see the user’s posts as in the following example:

Thank you both for the suggestions. Very helpful.

One search I would particularly like to do, is to search for a guide’s “introduce yourself” post, assuming that they have one.
