How do you feel about eating seafood? I know that there are two groups of people - one of them couldnāt even look at seafood and another part love it :d Iām in the second part! I really like to eat Mussels Marinara - I have tried it in France. When youāre cooking it you have to add white wine, onion and garlic, a lot of butters (fat is a taste carrier), parsley, and of course main ingredient - bouquet garni (a bundle of herbs usually tied together with string and mainly used to prepare different dishes).

But unfortunatelly Iāve got allergic. So I couldnāt eat that, especially mussels. So sadā¦

Just like you, I am a huge seafood lover. However, the dish with the two shrimps is too much gourmet for me! I guess, I will need at least ten times the same portion.

@BorrisS I took these photos in a few different places 
The first one was taken in Bazaar Bistro itās a popular bistro in Cracow located in the Jewish district in my city. The second one was taken in Venice this year in Februar, the third and the fourth one is from Euskadi - very tasty Basque tapas bar in Cracow. So thatās the reason why are only two shrimps on the plate - because they serve only small portions as a tapas bar do I also prefer whole big plate with shrimps and when Iām going to Mediterrean countries I also order shrimps in that way

All the dishes look delicious and tempting.
I like seafood but after moving from Bengaluru down in the south out here to Delhi, it has become rare.
I have tried everything you have shared except the shells @JustynaMad

Thanks Dear, as I love both the parts as a sea food lover Roasted Prawns and Squills are my weakness and fish Yum yum. But all without wine and rest I believe in the Aristocracy of taste, you were testing Mussels Marinara in France, indeed it was your fate to have there. And now we are able to have because of you.
