SEAFOOD, What is the first thing comes in your mind?

Prawns, who doesn’t love Prawns !!
From those cute little ones till the tiger prawns every version is so tasty and delicious. There so many dishes to make them, would never get enough of them. They are the rich source of antioxidants with high levels of Zinc which is very important to develop a Healthy Immune System which is highly required these days of Pandemic. Not only they boost immune system they also help to build the stronger bones with extremely rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.
This Quarantine has made me so lazy that even the household work feels like a huge task. But the cravings to have delicious food never goes old, so here is my QUICK BITE version of prawns with two ingredients and ready for lunch of dinner. This dish is a basic version of Prawns in which you can add any spice or sauce of your own choice. Make your own versions of it and do share it with me here.
Preparation time 10 minutes with cooking time as 20 minutes excluding the marinating time. Here is my version of it !
Ingredients:
- Essential: Prawns, Butter, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
- Optional: Onion, Soy sauce, Vinegar
- For garnish: Coriander, Lemon.
Procedure:
- The first thing to do is to marinate the PRAWNS, take those in a bowl add some salt and pepper with a pinch of turmeric and chili powder (Optional) and refrigerate it for an hour.
- Put 3-4 garlic cloves, one diced onion, a green chili with a small scoop butter in a blender and blend it finely. (Don’t add water in mixture, let the texture be rough and not a plain fine paste)
- Take a shallow pan add a huge scoop of butter and put the blended mixture into it. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce and vinegar and stir it for a while.
- Now, add the marinated prawns and let them cook and soak the whole butter in them, it would be cooked in 12-15 minutes.
- We are ready ! Take it off from the pan and garnish it with fresh coriander and squeeze few drops of lemon over it.
