Is it okay to post a screenshot showing a businesses hours? I did it, but will delete it ASAP if not kosher.

Yes of course that it is ok. You are in the right direction.
If I don’t missunderstand your question always to add or modify the business hours that is open a spot , you have to take a picture of the information published for the same store, upload it, in order to help Google to confirm your modification.
Regardless is kosher or not.

In addition to what our friend @SebaasC informed you it would be better only to use photo taken by you of the businesses hours from a place you want to make a review.
@SebaasC it’s not necessary to have a photo when you want to edit the working time from a place.

Hi @Brian22 I agree with @FelipePK screen shots really aren’t helpful, even off the business’s website for two reasons, one is because you don’t own the copyright for the screen shot you submitted and also because the website might not be right. It is always better to contribute from your personal experience of a place that you have visited in person.

As you can see on the photo, it definitely helps if you upload a photo but it’s not mandatory. You still can suggest an edition without it. =)
