Screen Turned foggy after submitting Answers.

When I submitted answers on my profile answers key turn dark/ foggy and blocked all functions. I deleted update of Google Maps and update again maps but issue is not fixed, Earlier I have a post not saved answers and marked as resolved .Please help me. Old topic:

मैंने ऐप को फ़ैक्टरी वर्जन में वापस रोल किया और फिर मैप्स ऐप को उसी पुराने UI में खोला, जैसा कि आपके स्क्रीनशॉट में दिखाई दे रहा है।
फिर, जब मैंने “जवाब हां / नहीं” सवाल पर क्लिक किया तो स्क्रीन ग्रे हो गई।

Thank you for helping @C_T .I uninstalled the app and update again and again but issue is not fixed.

I have turned the auto-update on and hence all the apps update automatically in the background.

Further, in the case of doubt, I visit Google play store and then ensure I have the largest update.

@Mohan_Singh - I can’t help you fix it but I can tell you that you’re not alone.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for several days now, I’ve submitted reports with logs to Google via the app but as I’m sure you know these just feel like throwing your thoughts into a black hole.

I tried leaving the screen for a few hours to see if it would clear eventually, it didn’t, my only option was to forcibly close the app or try to use the back button to get out of it. It still seems to accept your answers if the points side of things concerns you.

I’m on the latest version available to me, 10.53.1, on Android 10 and this is just one of several issues that I’m experiencing (and reporting) recently with Maps.

@LilyanaZ - have you seen many other reports about this / do you know if the support team are aware of it?

I know there’s an ongoing issue with lost points as a result of the answers system, could this be a symptom of an attempted fix?

Hi @LilyanaZ thank you for your kind help. I’m using Oppo A 3s and version is v3.2.1 and Google Maps version is 10.53.1.

Problem also even I tried factory version of maps when I submit yes/no answers screen turn foggy and stop functioning.

@LilyanaZ - a small update but the issue also exists in Maps Preview 10.55.7.Q

Another slight oddity with “answers” - each time I’m prompted to answer new questions it tacks repeated questions about 3 local supermarkets on the end that I’ve answered multiple times.

@LilyanaZ - I just had a set of questions where it didn’t display the grey screen at the end and J want prompted to answer ones I’ve done previously.

This is the first time it’s worked normally in ages.

I’m now on 10.54.0, still Android 10.

Congratulations @turbotapeworm your screen reworking properly.but here is same problem ,I just tried to submit answers of Questions yes or no.
