Do you love cheesecake ? Because I do ! We all know the current situation around the world due to COVID19 spread. Going out and eating out is no more safe but for a person like me, I mean someone who loves to eat out with friends, is very difficult to stay at home 24x7.
Long Story Short ! I started craving for a cheesecake. I love cheesecakes man ! Normally when I want to eat cheesecake Burning Brownies in F11 and Crema in Beverly Center Islamabad are my go to places. They serve so delicious cheesecakes that I could die eating them. But this time due to lockdowns and curfews there was no way going out and buy the cake. But cravings were getting out of control 
So I decided to make this cheesecake myself at home. I hit the Google, watch couple of videos and made a list of things needed. Grocery stores are open here in Islamabad so I went to the nearest grocery store and bought the stuff. Came back and started to make the first ever cheesecake made by me. Here is what I made:
The cake was so delicious and I still can’t believe I was the one who made it. For me it is an achievement.
I am sharing this story not just because I was so damn happy that I made a perfect cheesecake but because I wanted you all to know that even in the darkest of hours we can make ourselves happy and depression free by doing small and simple things like the one I did. I see many people taking a lot of stress due to the situation and the fear of uncertainty is taking them into depression. It was same with me during the first few days I was so afraid , there was only one thing on my mind how is the future going to look like ? but trust me my decision of doing at least on new thing in every 2 3 days was perfect. It gives me some satisfaction and I feel life is not that bad, I mean I can now make a cheesecake for myself 
I would suggest all of you to do the same during these dark days.
