Food looks nice. Can you share a bit more about the interior, service, menu types and whether this place is casual or more stylish?
Local Cuisine, like Istrian or Kvarner, daily fresh dishes meet the finest gourmet standards under very reasonable price range.
Located in the middle of the fresh food market, pointed towards harbour, city, mountains and market rush.
Established chefs along with the rest of well-assembled stuff are preparing mouthwatering dishes in open kitchen, so you can see the process of making local specialties like soups, stews, minestrone’s, meat and fish daily menus, etc.
Interior is very profoundly designed and decorated, work of art from the young owner and ingenious well-known concept designer Zoran Badurina, whose projects have placed so many businesses on the map. Various styles, crafts and exceptional solutions like rustic, antique, historic, collectibles, vintage and similar have been combined here.
Other than promoting locally sourced ingredients in food, here you can also enjoy some rare wine brands that are globally renowned with highest stars, but still family sized production which makes it hard to find.
Wow, frankly, I am impressed by this presentation of the place! Being able to see how food on my plate has actually been prepared is one of the things I really appreciate as visitor … Knowing that not all restaurants actually cook the way they should. Don’t misunderstand me, I would trust the cook wherever I am but being on travel, tourists are easy to impress with tricks, new ingredients or food. It makes their holiday. I did notice the mixture of styles in this place’s atmosphere on Maps. It’s hard to cross my mind. It looks great and feels like bar is outside when it’s actually inside the building. Which part of the service impressed you most?
