The restaurant is located in a town in the Sierra de Jalisco. Our visit was in the afternoon. Upon entering we were enchanted by the flowery garden and the old-style kiosk. The establishment is Mediterranean in style with elegant tables set out on the terrace offering panoramic views of the valley and surrounding hills. The menu is gourmet, from which we first taste a light cream of vegetables, of exquisite creaminess. The main course was the chef’s specialty, a tender pork chop cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pairing drinks were red wine and Clericot. During the meeting we alternate the tasting with the contemplation of the beautiful views of the sunset. Without a doubt it has been one of the best experiences of eating outdoors contemplating a beautiful panorama. For the attention of the staff and the joy of the spirit of this romantic restaurant we give it the highest rating.
