I know everybody has different reasons for contributing to the map.
I do it, because of one main reason: saving time for others.
It all started with a sweet story, my since-kindergarden-friend found a young couple on the main avenue of Budapest, who just have been robbed. They were from Columbia, and arrived hours before to the city. My friend was kind called a taxi, looked at the Map, and looked for the Embassy of Columbia and they went to the given address.
But there were no such embassy there, it was closed like 3 years ago… And when he told me the story I promised to myself that I’ll help to prevent thing like this to happen again.
That’s why I relocate moved places, and report closed ones as soon as I find out they are permanently out of business.
