Sardinian and French Culture, Together

I love the fact that people step up their game and improve the taste of culinary dishes, it is fundamental to try new things, never get bored and improve ourselves. Food is so important and makes you remember an entire trip with just the taste of something you ate; it could be Tokyo, Milan, or a little town: it all makes a difference.

I tried something called Crêadas, which is an union between Seadas and Crêpes.

The flavor is absolutely unique.

You merge the sweet and original taste of a Crêpes, with the taste of a Seadas which includes honey, a little bit of lemon, and unique cheese in Sardinia.

This is what connecting with different people and culture makes and improves: more tastes to try, more innovation, more exclusivity.
