Hi All,

I have a mail from google, regarding my local guide gift as below:

Congratulations: You’ve unlocked a special reward

To receive your limited edition Google Maps pin, click Redeem now. Once on the landing page, enter your code and address. As always, thank you for inspiring people everywhere by sharing the things that you care about.

It is getting expired on 15 April 2023 and when I am trying to redeem I am facing an issue. If anyone can help me int this. TIA

Some troubleshooting tips:

  • Your unique code is case sensitive; try copy and pasting the code directly from the email invitation
  • Try using an incognito/private window or a different browser, or clearing your cache
  • Allow up to an hour to receive an order confirmation by email from our shipping partner

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please visit the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code and email address into the “Why doesn’t my redemption code work?” and submit. Our shipping partner will look into it and get back to you
