Kanyakumari is a beach in the southern most tip of India. At this point we can see the “sangam” means a meeting point of three oceans viz. The Bay of Bengal, the Indian Ocean, and the Arabian sea. From this spot we can view sunset as well as sunrise.

I have heard, kanyakumari sea has different colours of water. Is it true?
Yes, sear @Anijais13 - Sea has different colours & you get different colored sand too…

Yes. It is true. There are two monuments inside the sea viz. Swamy Vivekananda Rock memorial, and a giant stone staue of a famous Tamil Poet Thiruvalluvar which can be accessed by boat service. From there we can see 3 different colors of sea water. Also, from a view point at the sea shore we can see the different colors of sea water since 3 oceans joins at this point.
