Hola every one hope all have settled in home quarentine pretty well and wil be at home till 30th april
NNow I m actually running out of ideas on what to make daily after storming in my barely there essentials kitchen
So after too much of brain storming I decided to make brown bread sandwich but with an healthy twist
Recipe

Boiled potatoes

Capsicum

Carrot

Radish

Corns

Olive oil

Rock salt

Black pepper

Tomatoes

Curd

Cucumber

First of all cut Capsicum, onion, tomatoes, Radish,carrot, cucumber, boil potatoes (mashed potatoes) and corn and mix them well in a bowl with pinch of rock salt, black pepper and few drop of lemon along with curd

Than take slices of brown bread put a dash of butter or olive oil or ghee and slightly fry it till it turn into golden brown then lay over the mixture of veggies on top of a slice and put grated cheese or aloo bhujiya whatever is available on it and serve it with either any cold drink or make your own strawberry sharbat
Recipe of strawberry juice
- Strawberrys
- Water
- Pinch of rock salt
- Sugar
- Few lemon drops
Take half crushed strawberry s along with 1glass of water, pinch of rock salt, 3spoons sugar, ice cubes, and few lemon drops and grind it in mixture for 3minutes and yummy strawberry sharbat is ready
or after slightly frying sandwich slices on hot pan take on slice and spread all the vegetables and curd mixture well on it and lay another slice of bread over it then cut the sandwich in triangle shape and have it with tomato sauce and mayonnaise
