Browsing through your posts, I found this one - amazing view to the city! Can you share how did you manage to make the photo so clear? I would appreciate it if you explain more about the settings on your camera too? 
P.S. Now I want to visit San Francisco even more after seeing its beauty.

ISO 100
70mm
This was long exposure, used tripod. With 3 bracketed exposures and created HDR image using Photomatix.

Thank you for telling me all the small details. I really find them useful. Next time I will try to apply them, the only thing I need is to buy a tripod or at least, find a flat surface.
