Samsung Gear 360 + Google Streetview Connectivity Issue

I’m not sure why there isn’t any update from Google or Samsung on this issue!

Even the information given in this page is misleading :https://support.google.com/maps/answer/6281877

Order a camera option in that page takes you to the Samsung Gear 360 (2017) version and it doesn’t have any options mentioned in the steps here.

Disappointed :frowning:

Anyone representing the Google Street View team here to answer this Query?

Hi @praveesh / @OmarBD ,

the Samsung Gear 2017 does not work automatically with the SV app.

However, you can take the photos, save them on Google Photos and then upload in the app. You can read more details here.
