By tag I mean the person I am addressing. And picture means the picture that I am posting. Both these things and whatever is trending on the LG Connect page, or who is addressing whom by tagging any notification, and no picture is visible, neither from my side nor from LG’s side. And this problem was told by dear Sholalab to dear Denighu, then the problem was solved but again within 24 hours this problem occurred again, tell me what should I do, I have not even made a mistake,
Also went to browser and cleared caches & cookies but same problem again. I am also attaching the screenshot of the problem for your better understanding.
Since this morning neither any picture nor any tag is visible on my Local Guide Connect, please tell what is the problem and this problem is also happening when logging in on laptop.

Please could you kindly explain further what you mean by pictures not showing…? I looked through your profile now and I see you wrote a post today about Dark-cloud-A-Beauty-of-Nature and attached 2 photos which are visible.
You also Earned a budding writer badge and attached a screenshot which is visible. Therefore I do not really understand what you mean in these posts?
The second thing is you wrote a second post today on this same issue. I will endeavour to merge both of them together here since you are talking about the same issue. This is to keep the forum tidy and organized.
We would encourage you to write one post per topic or issue. It’s not a great advantage writing multiple post on one same issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Lastly please avoid tagging Googlers unnecessarily on connect. If you must tag a connect moderator,only one tag will do. It’s not helpful tagging multiple moderators on connect.

This is the 3rd post you are writing on this same issue. Please explain what you mean by tag??? We often write caption on photos shared on connect. Is that what you mean?
I see you attach photos to your posts and they are visible so please kindly explain better so that we can help if possible.
when we talk about tag here on connect ,we are talking about using “@” which is a tagging tool to refer some local guide in particular. When we do that the recipient gets a direct notification since the message is a direct one.

Dear @SholaIB By clearing cache & cookies, maps history, browse history, then logging out of maps, logging in again, logout of Connect, uninstalling Connect, reinstalling and then logging in to Connect, the same thing happened. But on singing out, the full screen is being shown and as soon as you sing out, the picture goes out from the screen again like before, same problem. for better understanding you I’m sharing the screenshot
Can you please clear the cache and cookies from the browsers on the laptop and mobile phone? Also, please try to open Connect in an incognito window and let me know if you can see your photos and tags.

Thanks for clearing the cache and cookies! Can you please share a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing on Connect? For example take a screenshot of a post where you don’t see any photos and tags. This will help us investigate further.
