Same Person Posting Negative Reviews For Same Business Using Multiple Accounts

This individual has 2 Google accounts and is posting negative reviews for the same business using both of them. I believe this violates Google’s guidelines. I have already tried reporting the reviews and also the duplicate profile. What else can be done?

In future if anything report related, remember to tag any Connect Moderators. For this report, I think @TusharSuradkar might have solution or answer to it.

This is why, we should read every guidlines/how to do post in Connect. It makes us understand what to do in a situation like this. It not necessary to tag connect moderator but necessary solution are be driven faster. You can also tag respected local guides who are in that field like reporting roads for TRAC members. @JoyHawkins

Hey @JoyHawkins You can tag Googler @DeniGu so that she can forward it to the responsible team or tell them whatever solution is needed. Anyway i taged to the Googler, @DeniGu look these issue.

@EmekaUlor both reviews from the same individual are still live. Do you know how long it typically takes for these to be reviewed?

It depends on the team. There is no specific time to deal with such issues.
