I’m sorry, but the badge was available only to new members if they registered an account before the end of June. You can read more in the announcement post Celebrating Connect’s 5th Birthday.
However, there are opportunities to earn many other badges, to learn more about contributing to Google Maps, and many friends to meet. I would suggest you start your journey by posting an introduction, which you can do in the Introduce Yourself - July 2021 thread or you can wait a day or two for the new August 2021 thread.
