Just seeing this message, as I didn’t know there was a local group here!
I’m Erik and I live in downtown SLC. If anyone is interested in putting together a meetup, maybe we can meet up at The Rose, Alchemy Coffee (either location), or La Barba Coffee. Also open to other coffee shops/cafes/casual restaurants if there are any other suggestions. I am off on random days, but almost always have 3-day weekends at home.
