Safe places to visit and eat in Dallas on a shoestring budget

When you travel with your family you want to be sure where you visit and eat is safe. During a recent visit to Dallas (we didn’t drive because I am not familiar with the right hand drive in the US) we had to walk to places or take ride hailing services. We discovered a few interesting places that are off-beat and not frequented as much as they should be. Here is the list of places we got to while we were up and about as a family. Hoping this helps others who make visits to Dallas.

The Local Guide Program is a great way for me to extend my passion for helping people be their best selves, make the most of their time, get enriched my unique places and be excited and motivated by what the local place offers. My experience as a communications professional, blogger, speaker and trainer allows me view places from a completely different perspective and helps me make the lives of other people simpler, easier and smarter.

Hello @Aniisu ,

Welcome to Connect!

Keep in mind that one of the requirements for Connect Live 2020 was to share your post on the Local Stories board. Just to let you know, I’ve moved your post there.

Thanks @TsekoV for this. Appreciate it. However, when I search for the post using my name it doesn’t show up. Could you point me to the new link?
