Rule The Rolls

Hi Local Guides

In this post, you will get to know that when Rolls got famous.

India is the fastest-growing economy and population is also too high.

In 1972 Haji Banda Hasan stated selling tikka Roomali Rolls roadside in khan Market

He got very famous because of its taste and the people from college started enjoying rolls.

So basically, he was selling delicious Non-veg rolls and in the year 2000 India faced the Bird Flu then

the khan chacha decided to sell paneer tikka and guess what they also got a positive response from the

clients and foodies.

As the time passes Haji Banda Hasan gets famous by the name of KHAN CHACHA but in 2012 they got some dispute with the brand name and now the brand name changed to RULE THE ROLLS.

Now Haji Banda Hasan two sons run this business Salim and Jawed.

And here on my this post, you will see that how you can click rolls and how you can place Rolls while clicking photos because rolls look very plain to make them look attractive you have to do some composition while clicking photos of food.

Cheers

Note: Not promoting any brand.

I can only imagine, @RohitGahlot !

We don’t have a lot of options like these where I live. The closest we have is schwarma, which I love!

That’s an interesting post, @RohitGahlot !

What’s your best photography tip when taking photos of rolls? Did you experiment a lot before finding the composition you liked the most?

Hi @RohitGahlot

sounds delicious :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi @DeniGu

Clicking roll photos is quite tuff as the nature of rolls are very simple here simple means the texture of rolls are plane and without garnishing they will not look good as other food looks. So, here I did some composition while clicking Mutton Roll on the tandoor later when they served me I added mint Chatni and onion rings in beautiful curved bawl.

Last, rolls are clicked on the red plate which makes pictures a bit attractive.

You can check my profile I have taken a few food shots.

@JordanSB

Here in my city schwarma is famous too.

Personally, I love it very much.

Hi @RohitGahlot ,

Thanks for sharing!

I would totally agree with @DeniGu , kudos for trying out many angles to capture the dish.

As a side note, I do remember a cook in a restaurant in Istanbul, allowing me try to take the recently cooked meat off the rod and it was indeed really challenging due to the heat and should be done swiftly.

Would you be able to pick one of your favorite? I do think mutton should taste really good. : ]

Hi @sonnyNg

I like mutton very much.

It’s my favorite too.

Maybe someday we gonna eat mutton together in connect
