Royal wine and dine.

The Baga Brasserie is a renowned Bar and Multi Cuisines restaurant. It’s a destination restaurant of Karma Royal MonteRio. Guests are greeted with a smile, a symbol of Karma’s traditional Hospitality. A perfect place to enjoy the Royal Hospitality.

Morning 07:30 am to 10:30 am I love to enjoy the Royal Breakfast which includes Continental, English, Indian Breakfasts, Choice of Eggs, Baked Beans on Toast, American Pancake with honey or lime, French toast, Fruit Bowls, The Popular Taste of India includes Stuff Paratha of Aloo, Gobhi, Paneer with creamy curd and spicy pickles, Puri Bhaji, Scrambled eggs and Paneer are the basic morning delight. Hot and Soft beverages includes Ready made hot tea & coffee, Espresso and Cappuccino, Chocolate and Bournvita hot milk, fresh juices, cream milk, Lassi, Arient water, and lot to start the day.
Lunch timings 12:30 to 14:30 pm and Dinner is served from 19:30 am to 22:30 pm. While on holidays, I enjoy exploring the ancient heritage after spending time mostly on the beach during the day. That is why I like the dinner in a sweet mellow environment. In this restaurant, I get everything I want. As its name suggests it’s an informal and pubby style restaurant.
Before main course I love to have starters as here variety of Indian, Continental and Intercontinental Salads are served includes Chicken based, fish based, prawns based, mushroom based, Chicken lollipop, Beer Batter Squids with tartar sauce and salad, Green Salad, Aloo and Chana Salad, Hawaiian Chicken Salad are the choice. I love Prawns peri peri and Golden Fried Prawns with Green Salad. Main course Aroma will ignite the hunger as a team of master chefs they used right and fresh ingredients in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Chicken based I don’t prefer in Goa, so I go for Fish and Prawns and I like fish and Prawns tikka masala which are Cooked in traditional style Clay oven, it’s a choice under Indian Cuisine and vegan won’t be disappointed as Bhindi Masala, Mushroom Jalfrezi, Veg Kolhapuri are the best option. Sometimes I love to have Goan Cuisines and I like Chicken Cafreal, Pomfret Rechado though there are many dishes which suits to individual taste. Various Indian Bread, as I like Nan, Kulcha and Lachhchha Paratha are my favourite among all. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian Rice Biryani are additional choice. And I like mutton biryani and sometimes curd rice.
Rail without an engine, cannot be a meal without sweets. So here I have many options in desserts and I prefer Royal Banana Split Banana with three flavours of ice-creams and Goan Bebinca with Vanilla a coconut based sweet.
Further Indian Made Foreign Liquors like Rum, Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, Fenny, Tequila, Beer and premixed Beverages, Liqueurs Cherry Brandy & Coffee Liquer are the best options to mark the moment a memoir. Various cocktails like Goan Colada, Margarita etc and Sherley temple is the best choice in Mocktails. Wines includes White, Red Wine, Rose Wine, House Wines white, Red and Rose are the favourite wines and dine options. Truly, I could mention as I just can feel the taste but can’t taste.
