Ros-malai is delicious sweet Dessert in South-Asian subcontinent, mostly in Bangladesh, West Bengal of India. It is made with Milk and sugar. Probably it was first made in 1930 by Mr Krishna Chandra Das. Matri Vander of Comilla city is prominent for Ros-malai. It’s really a tasty dessert. It is made by small sized Rosogolla with sugar syrup. Now, Ros-malai is available all over the country of Bangladesh. But taste of Ros-malai of Matri Vander is different.
