Chicken roasted on charcoal would indeed be a great way to treat yourself! : ]
I am wondering, what would be the dry rub that you have used for the dish in the first photo? (Do tell me if I am wrong, but my guess is that you have used hạt dổi and hạt mắc khén - wild variations of spices that can be found in the forest?)
