Road shown but not configured as traffic bearing

Hi members

I have attached the screenshot of a section of a road in Gurgaon between Sector 43 and Sector 27. Although the road is shown on GMaps, there is no traffic flow shown on it, i.e. GMaps considers it as a non-driveable road. This is obviously not the case and traffic flows freely on the road. this error in GMaps plays havoc with many apps that use GMaps (like Cab hailing apps etc). Accordingly:

  1. Please let me know how this error can be rectified.

  2. The East-West orientation road where the error is present is a one way street (West to East). Please let me know how to correct the same.

Hello @barnomoy

The problem is genuine.
Maps shows the road as walk-able.
However, if we select a car as a transportation mode, then the route becomes crazy.

However, we can see traffic on that section in the satellite view.

You can select that & then use the send feedback option with a comment - “Presently Maps considers the road section as non-navigable by car. However, the road is available for vehicular traffic”.

To expedite the change, you can provide details of the date on which you got an email confirming acknowledgement of your feedback.
