Road design edit always getting not applied

Recently major road in my city was widened to 4 - Way road along with a divider. So according to this, the road segment in Google maps need to be split into two separate lines. I tried to select the road segments but, the segments are restricted to 20 only. So instead, i pasted the links of starting point and ending point in comment. I tried multiple times in different ways but it always getting NOT APPLIED. What change can i do so that my edit becomes approved?
