Rice with Broccoli I Cottage Cheese #Paneer I Onion I Peas I Chicken I Easy Receipe ❣️

Ingredients:
Rice “approx half a Kg” I Broccoli I Yellow Bell Pepper I Onion Chicken “100gm” I Paneer “100 gm” Peas I Red chilli powder I Cumin Seeds I Clove & Cardamom “5 PC’s each”
Note: Chicken only if you eat non-veg or you can avoid chicken from this receipe & can still prepare it.

Method:
Heat the Oil I add Chicken " fry it for 3-4 minutes covering with a lid" I add red chilli powder I add all other ingredients “paneer, onion, hello bell pepper, peas” I Now add Broccoli & rice I add water I cumin seeds I cloves & cardamom I cook it in me flame for 10-15 minutes or till the rice is well cooked.

Health Benefits:
Among vegetables, Broccoli is one of the best choices, low in calories but rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and healthy phytonutrients. It’s other benefits are “Cancer Prevention, Cholesterol reduction, powerful antioxidant etc.”

Thank you so much for taking time out to go through my post. I love cooking, I try to ensure I use ingredients which are easily available & not too difficult to cook. Many homes here in India & Nepal do not have modern equipments in the kitchen including myself :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :see_no_evil: .
