Ingredients:
Rice “approx half a Kg” I Broccoli I Yellow Bell Pepper I Onion Chicken “100gm” I Paneer “100 gm” Peas I Red chilli powder I Cumin Seeds I Clove & Cardamom “5 PC’s each”
Note: Chicken only if you eat non-veg or you can avoid chicken from this receipe & can still prepare it.
Method:
Heat the Oil I add Chicken " fry it for 3-4 minutes covering with a lid" I add red chilli powder I add all other ingredients “paneer, onion, hello bell pepper, peas” I Now add Broccoli & rice I add water I cumin seeds I cloves & cardamom I cook it in me flame for 10-15 minutes or till the rice is well cooked.
